cheerleading practice
oh man, the trainng was tough..
we trained the abs. hahaha.. i am going have nice abs soon.
this is how the taining went...
3 rounds around the tracks...then went on doing complicating training routines...
like lifting ur legs 45 degrees up and doing cruches..yea..
i've learnt wat is high V, low V, toe jump( spilt jumps)...lots of stuff la...
the seniors were tough..but its good for the team. =)
my muscles were aching last night.. and it is still aching now. sigh..
its all for the abs.. and nicer body contour...
i will do it.!!
