i have been exercising. Gyming and swimming.
sunday: i swam 40laps of my condo swimming pool.
monday: i went to the gym.
i did leg press 2 sets of 10
lift weights to train my biceps
30 sit ups and
cycled 10km, level 6
in additional i will do my daily abs exercise of 100time.
Tuesday: i went swimming. 50 laps
i was so tried after swimming.
*pants*
wed: i will be going to the gym later.
i will be hogging the treadmil. aimming to run 5km under 30min.
