gym+training = pain
gym+training = pain
lol. and i totally agree to it.
i ran 5km in 40min. yay!
then did dips. 3 sets of 10.
then lifted weights 5 sets of 10 for triceps and biceps
dolphins 3 sets of 10
and something to train the wrist( i think) 5 sets of 10.
and training. omg. it was leg conditioning. ahhh.
launches, wall squats, frog jumps
and there were the arm motions training for the juniors. =D
now, my leg is 'paining' lol.
i doubt there is this word in the dictionary.
